tistdtypes.h giving compiler error when included in a C++ file

I was having a compiler error in a complicated project, so I created a SYS/BIOS "Typical" example and am seeing the same thing:

"C:/ti/quickStartOMAPL1x_rCSL/OMAPL1x/support/includes/ti/pspiom/cslr/tistdtypes.h", line 28: error #66: expected a ";"

The only modification I made to the example is to rename main.c to main.cpp and #include tistdtypes.h, and of course the path to it (TI Chip Support Library 2 stuff).  It compiles fine when the "main" file is named main.c, but not when it's named main.cpp. I'm including the zipped project.(Please visit the site to view this file)
