TMS320C6748/LCDK Connection Error to JTAG Emulator TMDSEMU100V2U-20T

Hello,

I use TMDSEMU100V2U-20T (20 pins) to debug the board TMS320C6748/LCDK (JTAG 14 pins).

I receive the following error message:

IcePick_D: Error connecting to the target: (Error -2131 @ 0x0) Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 5.0.747.0)

I can not understand the solution.

Can you please advise me?

Can I use TMDSEMU100V2U-20T (20 pins)  for debugging TMS320C6748/LCDK (JTAG 14 pins)?
