Code Composer Error Linking during debug

Hi, I'm having a hard time using the xds100v2, about a year and a half ago we used this alot. Using omapl138 and code composer studio 4.2.4. I saved the installer i used and a couple of projects that worked.

I've installed this into a virtual machine and my test projects seem to be having and issue linking for debug symbols. So this is from a clean install. I had to remake the target configuration but that was pretty easy. It doesn't seem like that is the issue any way.

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -600 @ 0x0)
A required dynamic library could not be located.
The library isn't on the search path.
(Release 5.0.429.0)

Could this mean that something didn't install correctly? This only happens during deploy over xds100v2.
