RTOS/TDA2PXEVM: How to use IPU1_0 instead of A15_0 to process NDK in TDA2x-EVM

Can i create a sample library on m4 which will create a server socket and wait for client to connect and send some sample message("hello") to client.

so that any usecases or application can use to this library to send some message to client on pc side.
