AM5728: AM5728 TI Processor SDK Cannot Hide or Delete Weston toolbar

I am using the latest TI-SDK 05.00.00.15 on my AM5728 EVM.

I need to disable the weston toolbar so that I can launch my QT5 App in fullscreen without the toolbar. No matter what I do, I cannot get rid of the toolbar and it always looks like it does in the following screenshot:

Here is my weston.ini ( it does not honor the panel-location=none ):
