TMS320C6747: How can I program my NOR flash using TMS320C6747 through FPGA serial port?

1) DSP(TMS320C6747) has connected to FPGA through DSP External Memory Interface A(EMIFA) Address and Data lines,same lines connected to NOR Flash also.

2)My FPGA has serial port(rs422) communication.

I want to program the DSP NOR flash using the FPGA serial port.
