OMAP-L138: LCDC module get disabled.

Hi Team,

We get exception when trying to access LCD_CTRL register and found that the LCDC module is actually in disabled state after read back MDSTAT16 register. The value read is 0x00000E02.

What could be the possibility the module to go into disabled state?
