C674x DDR Testing

Hi,

I am currently looking into memory testing for DDR RAM with a C674x. I am thinking of using the U-Boot memory diagnostics for this. I am wondering what these diagnostics might be missing? For example, is there a need to test DMA memory IO? Or other types of memory testing not present in the U-Boot memory diagnostics?
