On the system verification, my customer had confirmed DVDD18(1.8V) was pulled up to 2.64V. Bulk capacitance on the DVDD18 is 243uF, and it seems sufficient bulk capacitance. However, while In-Circuit Testing, the pulled up was disappeared, and it has not been reproduced.
Customer measured current on DVDD3318(3.3V), and found the current drops 152mA. If this current(152mA) is leakage current, it exceeds maximum leakage current(140mA) which is written in errata.
Is this current(152mA) as same as leakage current which is written in errata?
