AM1808: Problem with JTAG connection

Hi!

We have our own board with AM1808. When I try to connect XDS560 to AM1808 processor stops at address 0xFFFF000C (Exception Vector Pre-fetch abort) (sometimes it stops at address 0xFFFF0010 or 0xFFFF0004).

If i try to load the programm (or view the memory)  it will throw an error.

So first I make processor reset (reset button on the board). Processor stops at address 0xFFFF0000.

Then I can load the programm (or view the memory) and everything works.

What does this mean (stop at address 0xFFFF000C)? How can I resolve this problem?
