66AK2G12: Can the T1 K2G General-purpose EVM Kit accomplish the process of secure end-to-end communication? Thank you very much!

Hello.

I would like show a process of secure end-to-end communication. At the sending end, the processing process is as follows:

speech signal---->AD convertor---->Speech coding(for example: MELP algorithm )---->Encryption(for example: AES, ECDSA)---->DA convertor----> smartphone
At the receiving end ，the process is reversed.

Is the above processing process feasible with the TI  Designs :TIDEP-0069 written by TI   Rahul Prabhu ?     There are  a  66AK2G12  and  a  TLV320AIC3106  in  the  EVM kit. 

I need buy a T1 K2G General-purpose EVM Kit.  I want to understand  these issues before I buy.
