OMAP-L138 has three kinds of operating junction temperature ranges.
* Commercial (default): 0~90C (max. 456MHz)
* Industrial (D suffix): -40~90C (max. 456MHz)
* Extended (A suffix): -40~105C (max. 375MHz)
With Industrial grade (D4) device, if user operates it as 375MHz clock frequency, is it possible to use the device as Extended grade (A3) of -40 ~ 105C junction temperature range?
