OMAP-L138 ESD compatibility IEC 61000-4-2

Hi,

We are planning to use OMAP-L138 and comply with ESD spec IEC 61000-4-2 . In the errata part "2.1.4 System-Level ESD Immunity Usage Note" is really disquieting . Is there anybody use this device family and passed IEC 61000-4-2 tests? Any advices on board level other than errata recomendations would be appreciated.
