SYSBIOS setting frequency

I have a simple question.

We are using a C6747 with SYSBIOS ver 6.21.
If the setting frequency on BIOS is different from setting device's core frequency, is there any problem?

For example,
-  SYSBIOS tcf file 

                       =>bios.GBL.CLKOUT = 450.0000;

- C6747 PLL module
                       => Core Speed = 456MHz
