I came form the following post.
Is this still true ? I.e., Does C6678 support only IDLE1 (no support for IDLE2) ?
In fact, they had been getting stuck at port_ok validation between C6678 and FPGA on their custom board, but now they succeeded to confirm port_ok if IDLE2 feature is disabled at FPGA.
If that is still true, why doesn`t TI update the SRIO user guide correctly ? The user guide still mentions C6678 has support for IDLE2 feature. My customer is complaining about it because they have already purchased SRIO IP at FPGA side to support IDLE2 feature and changing to IDLE1 based SRIO IP needs additional costs.
