I want to write some ARM code on a LCDK board. I would like to know what is the easiest way to begin with. Is it using an emulator connect to the board without OS? Or boot ARM part with Linux, then using an emulator?
I know and have installed StarterWare, but I do not find any detailed procedure on how to download these code to the LCDK board. I have tried connecting XDS200 to LCDK for two days. It is still not reliable. Sometimes it works while other times it gets warning when connecting XDS200. I should disable C674x core in the target configuration file, or not? I have used the two .gel file with LCDK.
I need some information on the beginning steps on using LCDK. Could you tell me that?
