Export Control Dual-Use for OMAP-L 138

We are thinking to use the OMAP L 138 Processor for a new product. Checking the product regarding Export Control regulation (dual use), especially regarding processor speed.

Please, can you confirm that the OMAP-L138 is NOT applicable regarding Export Control, e.g. chapter 3A001 a 3.
