Dear All,
I failed to make my C6748 to boot from I2C EEPOM via I2C0 interface.
By checking the I2C bus waveform caputured during booting-up, I assume the bootloader works
because at lease the begining few tens of bytes out of the sequence of the data read from
EEPROM are correct.
The FW is simply to toggle a GPIO port to make an LED to blink. I belive the FW works because that
LED will blink if I make C6748 to boot from an SPI Flash containing that FW.
I've also configured AISgen such that the configuration for generating the BIN file for I2C EEPOM
is almost the same as the one for generating the BIN file for SPI Flash.
The only difference the the "Boot Mode": one is "I2C0 EEPROM" and the other is "SPI1 Flash."
I've no idea about why this symptom occurs. I'll appreciate if anyone could provide any advice.
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Oliver
