RTOS/AM5746: Confirm the GPMC_FCLK at boot

Hi TI Experts,

Please let me confirm the following questions.

[Question.1]
According to the "15.4.4.7.2 GPMC CS0 Default Configuration at Device Reset" on TRM, the GPMC_FCLK is described as below.
>> assuming a low GPMC_FCLK frequency (for example, 19.2 MHz) at boot time.
So, will this clock be the sysclk which customer board used for OSC0? Or will the GPMC_FCLK be 133MHz with following the "33.3.7.3 XIP Memory" on TRM?

[Question.2]

Also, the following timing parameters are difference between "15.4.4.7.2 GPMC CS0 Default Configuration at Device Reset" and "33.3.7.3.1 GPMC Initialization".  I would like to know why there is difference in them.
