Linux/TMDSEVM437X: Do I need to pay attention to the delay time on the DSS interface?

Hi,

    On the sheet 12 of the AM437x General Purpose  EVM schematics Rev 1.4A, is it necessary to use   U26,U27,U28 ?

        because  LCD_PCLK,LCD_HSYNC,LCD_VSYNC,LCD_EN  are the same signals with HDMI_PCLK,HDMI_HSYNC,HDMI_VSYNC,HDMI_DE;

       HDMI_D16~HDMI_D23  are the same signals with LED_RED0~LCD_RED7;

       HDMI_D0~HDMI_D7  are the same signals with AM437x_LCD_DATA0~ AM437x_LCD_DATA7 and LCD_BLUE0~LCD_BLUE7;

      HDMI_D8~HDMI_D15  are the same signals with AM437x_LCD_DATA8~ AM437x_LCD_DATA15 and LCD_GREEN0~LCD_GREEN7;

      or those ICs are just for the same delay time for all the signals?
