TMDXIDK5718: does the layout allegro file corrupted, i can't open it with allegro viewer 17.2

i downloaded the AM5718 evaluation board files. i am not being able to open the layout allegro .brd file, with the Allegro viwer 17.2

is the file corrupted ? can someone try to open the file ?
