RTOS/OMAPL138B-EP: EDMA run in SYS/BIOS doesn't generate interrupt

I am using OMAP l138 and SYS/BIOS to develop my application. I have problem when use EDMA to control NAND flash. When i run in without OS, all thing OK. But when i switch to OS, EDMA can read/write data but not jump to interrupt after read/write done. I have already set the Register IECR,  IESR and view Register IER, IPR, ICR both OK. I don't know why. Can you help me to fix that problem. Thank you so muck!
