Camera Interface With Am1705

Hi.

I want to interface 3G Module and IP camera with AM1705. 

(will USB interfae for 3G Module).

 as per my application, live video stream from IP-camera is send to 3G module without any internal processing.

1.   So can any one please tell me is OS required to run on AM1705 for this application? (If required then please suggest the Free OS).

2. How to send stream data from IP-camera to 3G module?

**Ip-Camera sends TCP/IP packets. As per application, can I send these packets directly to 3G module or first I need to extract data from TCp/IP packet and send it to 3G module.
