Set the EVM for no-boot mode
For EVMK2H
Due to hardware NAND issue, EVM of certain revisions need to use alternative programming method:

Check BMC Version @ http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Getting_Started_with_EVMK2H says our EVMK2H is EVM Version 4.0.
Does EVM Rev 4.0 have NAND Known Issue? I ask so I know what Programming Method to use. Rev 1.x would seem to be easier.
