Linux/AM5728: How to up/down scale the picture captured from vip used drm api

Hi:

We using AM5728 to do some development.

We need capture video frame from one vip port, and display it on two different monitor.

We look the dual-camera example and find that the frame captured from vip can not down scaled to appropriate resolution of monitor. so here is two question:

1、How to scale the picture to fit the display resolution use drm api or something others？

2、Can we simply transfer same dma buffer fd id to different drm crtc use API drmModeAtomicAddProperty for display same picture in two different monitor?

The picture`s resolution is 1920x1080 in vip, and monitor resolution is 800x480.

PS: we can not use v4l2 to set the scale , because we need different resolution in two separate monitor。
