I was going through all the information for the am335x sdk and found the sdk information and saw the example how to boot from sd card using the preloaded app and MLO files.. The thing is, I need to be able to create an app file for the code I want to be running on the am335x. I have found no way to do it with a sd card. All I was able to find was the documentation examples for using it with JTAG.
On another note, when I downloaded CCS (v8) and the sdk (5_00_00_15) and launched CCS and tried following the guide to do it with JTAG the example file for hello world was not there. It was only the no-os version of the code. There is no SYS/BIOS folder with the OS examples in them like the manual. Did I install it incorrectly? I created 2 separate installs of CCS and the SDK and it still did not show. I would appriciate some guidance.
