OMAP-L138: How to get UART autoflow control supported on OMAP-L138

There's 1 note in OMAP-L138 datasheet (spruh77c.pdf) about UART autoflow control:

AFE and RTS in Table 32-16. Modem Control Register (MCR) Field Descriptions:

All UARTs do not support this feature, see your device-specific data manual for supported features. If this feature is not available, this bit
is reserved and should be cleared to 0.

How can we surely verify if our OMAP-L138 processor supports autoflow control? and how to get it supported? We need well functional hardware flow control to communicate bluetooth chip WL1837MOD.
