OMAP-L138: RAM Replacement for K4T1G164QF

Hi,

I am developing a new CPU board with the OMAP-L138 and I am looking for long-term available RAM and Flash components because the components used in the LCDK Development Kit, namely K4T1G164QF-BCE7 and MT29F4G16ABADAH4 are discontinued.

My question is:

Can I replace the MT29F4G16 which is used in the evaluation board with MT47H128M16 without problems ?

Would be Winbond w972gg6kb be an adequate replacement for K4T1G164QF ?

Also, other proposals for replacement of the two components are appreciated.
