OMAP-L138: GPIO related quetsion

Hi,

My customer would like to know the details about the internal circuit of OMAPL137 GPIO.
(The part number has been filed as OMAPL138 because e2e navigated some other wrong forum if i filed it as OMAPL137, but actually, this is OMAPL137 related question)

1. Any internal diode for protection ? Can you suggest the spec ?
2. Input is TTL or CMOS ? (I believe it is CMOS)
3. Output is CMOS or Open Drain ?  (I believe it is CMOS)
