L138-EP Temperature Range

Hello,

We are considering for an civil aerospace application using an OMAP L138-EP version.

The datasheet SPRS815C indicates in page 3 that the device is available in Military (-55 to +125°C) temperature range.

However, the DDR2/mDDR and EMIFA timings are almost characterized from -40 to +125°C (p.120 e.g.).

In addtion, the other interfaces, such as McBSP, SPI, I2C, uPP are almost characterized from -40 to +105°C (p. 144, 161, 172 e.g.).

Since our application needs the MIL temperature range, could I get a statement of what is reasonably acheivable ?

Or, could it be possible to get access to the derated characterisation data for the OMAP L-138 EP in its Military temperature range ?
