CCS/TMS320C6748: uart2 EDMA STARTER WARE PROGRAM NOT WORKING

Hello,

The UART2 EDMA starterware program dont work well for me. Instead of Please Enter 20 bytes from keyboard I get some random characters. Also when 20 bytes are given they are not transmitted back correctly. But when I load uart_echo.out from starterware\binary\uart_edma it works as expected. I reinstalled CCS and Starterware. No change . Some rubbish values are transmitted. Why do this happen. Please help me solve this.
