CCS/OMAP-L138: USB Serial Communication.

I am a beginner . I want to implement USB for serial communication in OMAP L138. I downloaded the code from USBStarterWare  .

1).What is the next step to implement USB.

2).what all are the C files required for the library creation. 

3).How can I integrate this  USBStarterWare code with our project.

4).Is it possible to read and write to USB buffer from UART buffer?. How?
