RTOS/OMAP-L138: Question about Umsg_create?

Customer used OMAP-L138, syslink, he used Umsg_create() on ARM core, he wanted to know what requirements are for the umsgParams of Umsg_create(). 

umsgParams.poolCount = 50;
umsgParams.inboxCount = 45;
umsgParams.regionId = 0;
