OMAPL138B-EP: L138 with DDR2 connection/compatible enquires

Hi Support,

Currently am using L138 with Micron mDDR (MT46H64M16LFBF) and this is working fine.
Due to new requirement we need to change the mDDR with a Rad Hard DDR2 SDRAM attach (3D Plus 3D2D2G16UB2684).
1. Is there any possible compatible issue TI foresees?
2. Where should we connect UDQS# and LDQS#? From L138 data sheet it shows NC for these two pins.
3. Any setting to take care when changing mDDR to DDR2 in the Controller Register?
