OMAPL138B-EP: unstable status after go into deep sleep mode.

I am using OMAPL138 for my application. But I am having a problem when using deep sleep mode of this device.

This mode is not stable, The OMAPL 138 can wake up from deep sleep in some cases and can not in other cases.

Case 1: If I only use ARM core, using JTAG debug to push code to OMAPL 138. The deep sleep mode always work perfectly. OMAPL always can wake up from deep sleep mode.

Case 2: If I push code to NAND Flash (the same code using in case 1), then boot program from NAND Flash. The deep sleep mode is unstable, sometimes It can wake up from deep sleep mode, sometimes it can not.

Case 3: if I have a other program for DSP core (I meant, I use both ARM and DSP core). The deep sleep mode is unstable too.

Does anyone have experiences, ideas or advises to resolve my issue?
