OMAPL138B-EP: Regarding OMAPL138EZWTA3 DDR/mDDR SDRAM output AC timing specifications

Hi,

We are using OMAPL138EZWTA3 in our design and interfacing it with DDR2 SDRAM (667MT/s).

I looked in to the datasheet and technical reference manual and could not find DDR/mDDR SDRAM output AC timing specifications.

Only timing and switching characteristics has been described in the datasheet.

I am particularly looking for address/cmd output setup and hold w.r.t clock, chip select output setup and hold w.r.t. clock, clock to DQS skew, DQ setup and hold w.r.t. DQS, etc?

Where can I find these related information?  Please help.
