OMAP-L138: About correspondence of EDMA3 LLD driver

Hi,

I have a qestion about EDMA3 LLD Driver(v02.12.00.20), I'd like to use this driver for the ARM9 core of OMAP-L138.
In the release notes(EDMA3_Driver_Release_Notes.pdf) of this software, it is described as follows.

However, it seems that the ARM9 of OMAP-L138 is supported as well, What does "Make base build" mean?
