Unused pins configuration of OMAP-L138

Hi,

My customer is troubled about configuration of unused pin.

Those pin is VP_DIN[15:0].
They will not use other peripheral functions either.

In this case, is the VP_DIN[15:0] pins good in opened?
The reason that I thought about like that is because VP_DIN[15:0] pins are configured pull-down during reset and after reset.
Is my recognition right ?
