Purchase of everything associated with the OMAP-L138 DK

Hello,

I would like to purchase everything associated with the OMAP-L138 Development Kit (LCDK).

I listed up the parts below

1. OMAP-L138 (www.ti.com/.../tmdslcdk138

2. XDS200 (www.ti.com/.../TMDSEMU200-U)

3. Code Composer Studio License (www.ti.com/.../ccstudio

Do I need more??

I have heard that there are lots of version of CCSv6 (i.e. Sitara, Wireless, etc.).

If I buy just one node locked license of CCS in this link (www.ti.com/.../ccstudio, could I use all the processor families (MPS Low Power MCUs, C2000 Real-time MCUs, ..., C3x/C4x DSPs)?
