Is there any VBUS voltage spec of C6748 DEVCTL.VBUS bit field?

I'd like to make sure if there is any VBUS voltage spec of C6748 DEVCTL.VBUS bit field or not?

According to LM3S9B96 datasheet(SPMS182O) page-1030, there is a VBUS voltage spec in USBDEVCTL.VBUS bit field below.
But the C6748 DEVCTL.VBUS bit field doesn't have any voltage spec. Please see C6748 datasheet(SPRUH79B) page-1648.
Does the C6748 DEVCTL.VBUS have the same voltage spec of LM3S9B96?

              0x3  Above VBUSValid
                   VBUS is detected as above 4.75 V.

And, could you please let me know what AValid means?
