OMAPL138 VS BF609 For 2D Barcode Vision Decoder

Hi,Guys:

we have a ADI's BF609 platform used many years, Now we have a project 2D barcode camera  which based on BF609 platform;

We wants to use OMAPL138 to handle graphic and vision processing, system structure shown below:

input: black & white 2D barcode

sensor: CCD

resolution: 240 X 320

processor: OMAPL138

processing speed: 15 mS / Frame  (BF609 can reach 150mS/Frame in current stage)

interface:

OMAPL138 Uart for master communication 

Ethernet port for debugging which development tools chain

OPEN VC: we need a OPEN VC package which can run on C674X cell

Now, My question is :

1) Does the OMAPL138 can reach 15mS/Frame decoding speed?

2) How can we got the OPEN VC package which can run on C674X platform , Are there any guide or AN for this issues;
