My customer wants to know VOH specification on the condition of various IOH combination. Please take a look at your data sheet for DA810.
It mentions only 2 cases :
- High-level output voltage is 2.4V(min) on the condition of DVDD= 3.15V , IOH = -4 mA.
- High-level output voltage is 2.95V(min) on the condition of DVDD= 3.15V, IOH = -100 μA.
Well, because IOH is defined as -4 mA (max), I think the first one can be considered as worst case for VOH, but now they want to know, especially, the minimum value on the condition of DVDD= 3.3V, IOH = -460 μA.
Do you have any data for this request ? It would be nice to have a plot to estimate the value approximately.
Also, I have a quick question. VOH seems to be tested with slightly smaller value of DVDD, i.e., 3.15V. Maybe this is stupid question, but could you please explain the reason why 3.15V has been used rather than 3.3V for characterization ?
