Error while executing gmake command for the starterware_01_05_00_14 in VISION_SDK_02_09_00_00 on TDA3xx

I am getting an error while executing the below command for starterware_01_05_00_14 in VISION_SDK_02_09_00_00. 

gmake all PLATFORM=tda3xx

I am getting the below error on execution of the command
