Socket Programming in OMAP L138 LCDK

I would like to stream certain buffers in the network of which the LCDK is connected to. The aim is to access the data in python over a computer in another system.

1) Do I also require IPC for this application?

2) How to implement  socket programming in the DSP?

3) Is there any in built methods to plot and visualize different buffers and variables in real time with in CCS?
