Cannot connect to C674XP and ARM9 of OMAP L137

Hi everyone...

I cannot connect to C674XP and ARM9 of OMAP L137 recently and these are the errors,

I have done the SD Config Test, this is the result :

This isn't the first time I encountered the errors. Back then, I managed to boot the HPI mode at the board and the board worked well. However after I didn't use the board last week, the errors occurred again and I couldn't use the HPI booting again to make the board worked normal.

Any solution that I can try?

FYI, I'm using CCS v3.3 and windows7 for the OS
