I'm trying to debug a boot issue, and am trying to combine emulator control and SPI0 boot mode.
According to this post, I should be able to connect w/the emulator in this mode:
However, when I start the debugger after powering up, I get this:
C674X_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1180 @ 0x0) Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 6.0.228.0)
All of the Test Connection operations pass in Target Configuration, so I'm reasonably sure I'm connected OK. And if I boot in emulation mode (DIP switch setting on the OMAPL137 EVM from Spectrum Digital), all is good. What I really want do is maintain emulator control (and the ability to set HW breakpoints) through SPI boot and U-Boot operation.
Any idea what's going on?
