Creating Custom Memory Sections Without CCS

Hi,

I would like to create some custom memory sections in my application and then add some specific data to these. I am not using CCS, so I need to do this manually. I am currently just modifying makefiles and cfg file and building from command prompt. I'm using SYS/BIOS 6_42_03_35 and biospsp_03_00_01_00. 

Any info on how to achieve this?
