DSP routine will work in ARM

I need

1. Audio processing through filters [FIR/IIR] using comb filter/wavelets. This routines executed on DSP.
2. But, the parameters within routine should be passed from GUI, which is implemented on ARM and the execution command will be given through ARM.

In short, the DSP routine can be called from ARM and executed through ARM.

If it is done ,which board will be preferable to work-OMAPL138 can do the above task
