I'm trying to configure my omapl-138 running linux v3.3 to communicate with a BQ27541 Fuel Gauge chip. I've found this file which contains a bq27x00 driver, however I need support for the HDQ protocol (specifically over a GPIO), not I2C. All drivers that I can find for this only support I2C. I would like to know if TI supports this already, or if anybody knows of any open source communities that do, before I start to write my own bit-banging driver.
