Booting ARM Binaries Issue

I have follow the instructions listed in:

Boot Images for OMAP-L137

I don't think I had to build both projects but I did anyway. For the purpose of the discussion I'm not suing the .out files I created but the ones already in the sample code.

1. changed DIP Switches to UART Boot mode
2. I can see BOOTME if I open a session with Putty
3. This command ran succesfully
   HexAIS_OMAP-L137.exe -o OMAPL137-ARM-LED.bin DSP\Debug\OMAPL137-ARM-LED-DSP.out ARM\Debug\OMAPL137-ARM-LED-ARM.out
   
   
   
4. When I try to run slh_OMAP-L137.exe -waitForDevice -p COM3 OMAPL137-ARM-LED.bin I get:
   
   
5. I press reset (SW4) and I get the following error:
   
   
   

Any suggestions?
